Marie-Claude, Certified Human Resources Professional – Québec designation CRHA, Certified Harassment Investigator (ECH) and Associate Certified Coach (ACC) has acquired a solid expertise of more than twenty years in human resources management, conflict management in the workplace and management coaching.
She has worked and carried out mandates for international organizations in sectors as varied as telecommunications, banking, aeronautics, engineering, health, Indigenous communities and the public sector.
Between 2000 and 2022 Marie-Claude held roles in human resources management at organizations such as TD Insurance, Bombardier Aerospace, SNC Lavalin and Cogeco Communications.
Specialist in conflict management, harassment investigations and management coaching
For more than 20 years, Marie-Claude has been supporting organizations in conflict prevention and management. With a rich track record working with major companies, both in Quebec and internationally, she works with rigor and humanity in environments as varied as telecommunications, banking, aeronautics and the public sector.

She specializes in work climate diagnostics, conflict resolution, harassment investigations and coaching (individual or team). Always attentive to the human dynamics specific to each environment, she designs tailor-made approaches, adapted to the concrete challenges of the field.
Marie-Claude offers her services in French and English, to organizations under provincial and/or federal jurisdiction, in the private and public sectors.
