Gilles Crevier has more than twenty years of experience as a high-level manager. He has held management positions, notably at Molson Breweries of Canada where he managed work teams of up to 500 employees.
Expert in Handling Harassment Complaints and Preventing Conflicts in the Workplace
Founder of the consulting firm Développement-Gestion (1997-2022), Gilles has supported many provincial organizations in the development of management skills and the resolution of workplace disputes.
Recognized as an expert in handling harassment complaints, he has conducted more than 200 investigations and testified before administrative tribunals. He has also facilitated successful mediations and accompanied managers to strengthen their leadership skills in sensitive contexts.
A seasoned trainer, he has already made more than 2,000 people aware of conflict prevention and management, as well as of the importance of civility in the workplace.
Since 2022, Gilles has been putting his expertise at the service of MCB Vision, advising the organization on strategic and complex issues.
